Reviews for the Get Speaking courses and method:

- “An entirely new approach to learning new language patterns and structures while developing speaking skills to a degree I would not have believed possible for a learner of my age, with as full a daily schedule as I have. These last two months have brought about nothing short of a revolution in my language learning.”
Rick (Taiwan)

- “Through continuous repetition, the course has helped me to better understand what I am hearing and to produce the correct sounds when I speak. The course also gently takes you from very simple grammar and vocabulary to more complex sentences. Together with graded readers, this course has made the largest contribution to my improvement in speaking Chinese.”
Ricardo (Germany)

“I started this course by being very uncomfortable just by trying to pronounce very basic single words. The contents and scheduling are really optimum to smoothly make quick progress towards full sentences. My daily time management is always very constrained. This course allows me to easily practice daily with high efficiency with the very little free time I can find every day. If you want to be able to make progress despite your very busy life, this course is made for you.”

Dr. Ash Henson
Co-founder, Outlier Linguistics
To say that Ash is a language enthusiast is an understatement. He speaks Dutch, Mandarin, Cantonese and German, all in varying states of decay. In addition to these, he has learned to some level or another another 7 languages and is currently working on Japanese and European Portuguese. He sees language learning as a chance to experiment. The goal is to find a better way (either getting the same result in a way that takes less time, or getting a better result). And he’s been at it for 30 years! He got his Ph.D. in Chinese at National Taiwan Normal University in paleography and historical linguistics. He was also in the P.hD. program for Teaching Chinese as a Second Language for six years. For his qualifying exams in that department, he had to learn functional grammar, cognitive grammar, case grammar, transformational grammar. So, we've definitely got you covered on the grammar front!

FAQs
What level is this for?
Works from absolute beginner to advanced, taking you every step of the way. Start from zero on the right foot, or fix bad old habits. Our Get Speaking Mandarin courses take you from beginner to advanced, and our 30-day challenges target specific aspects of learning Chinese like tones, handwriting, grammatical particles, or listening comprehension.
Everything is self-paced, and we do regular live Q&A sessions so you can get help from our teachers!
How long will I have access?
You get lifetime access to all courses! You can go at your own pace—there's no time pressure!
In practical terms, "lifetime access" means you'll have access to these materials for as long as we're in business. And we already have over a decade in the books, so we're not going anywhere any time soon! However, if we do have to discontinue these courses for any reason in the future, we'll give you download access for at least 6 months after we stop selling them, so you can keep the materials for yourself.
What’s the difference between this and the Super Pack?

Does this include future courses?
Some! The Mandarin Mastery Pack includes all of our current Mandarin language courses, plusthe forthcoming Get Speaking Mandarin 4 (Advanced) and a few 30-day challenges that haven't been released yet.
